*MTM Transit* in partnership with *Valley Metro* is looking for Full Time, Non - CDL Drivers to join our team in *Gilbert, AZ.*

*What You'll Do:*
* Provide safe and reliable transportation
* Utilize company vehicles with comfortable amenities (*Cold A/C!*)
* Demonstrate excellent defensive driving skills
* Ensure the on-time pick-up and drop off of the customer
* Demonstrate understanding and sensitivity to the needs of older adults and individuals with disabilities
* Must assist with passenger loading and unloading from vehicle
* Must assist with any mobility device and securement as required for safety protocols
* Complete thorough vehicle pre-trip, post-trip, and DVI inspections as required
* Complete paperwork as required
* Utilize tablets or electronic devices as required

*What You’ll Need:*
* Must be 21 years or older
* Valid U.S. Driver's License for the past three years
* Possess valid authorization to work in the State of Arizona and the United States
* No DUI's, DWI's or Reckless driving in the past 5 years
* Must be able to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
* Must pass criminal background check investigation & Motor Vehicle record check
* Must have schedule flexibility - 7 days a week 4:00am - 1:00am (Shift bids, 8 hour shifts 5 days per week, minimum 40 hours guaranteed)

* Ability to use a tablet, GPS, two way radio, or other electronic device
* Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
* Ability to communicate with others and comprehend instructions
* Ability to understand highway traffic signs, signals, maps, manifests, and schedules
* Ability to obtain knowledge of FTA, ADA, and DOT regulations
* Familiarity with the main roadways and major highways in the service area

*Starting Pay: $18.50*
