Simplified Orientation : Starts online and concludes in Greeley, CO

Up to a $3,100 bonus per driver referral:

$50 every week of your referred driver's first year

$500 bonus when your referred driver hits 3-months

Work and Route

Running Region - Within 250-300 miles of Pilgrim’s plant operations in each location.
Plant Locations : Live Oak, FL
Hours and Days: 8 to 14 hours a day; Length of day varies depending on plant needs, plant changes and driver capacity.
Start Times: Vary by location

Average Miles: 1,100/week

Home Time Home most nights, may be out 1-2 nights per week.
CDL-A Shuttle/Short-haul/Local Truck Driver Requirements:

At least 21 years old
CDL-A with 6 months tractor trailer experience
Must have 48’-53' tractor trailer experience
Mentor and Training programs are available for drivers with less than 6 months of experience
