Bonuses Available. Earn What You Deserve-& Then Some!?
- Monthly Mileage Bonus- You can earn up to $0.10 CPM to the truck each month for just running the miles you already want!
- Monthly Fuel Bonus- If you're a driver who takes pride in running efficiently and safely, each driver can earn $0.01 to $0.03 CPM for every mile that month.
- Vacation Bonus- Calculated annually using total gross pay, including per diem, with a % payout based on the length of service. 2% up to 8 % based on your length of hire. Vacation bonus is paid on the 4th Friday following the month of hire, after 1 year of completed service.
- Monthly Safety Bonus- Earn extra money each month
- Paid Holiday- Get paid extra if you run on the following holidays: 4th of July, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's!
- 401 (k) with match- Kennesaw matches 50%, up to the first 6% of what you contribute.
- Full Benefits Package- Blue Cross Blue Shield for medical and Met Life for dental and vision. Kennesaw pays 50% of your weekly premiums on medical!
- Free Life Insurance- We offer a $25,000 policy at no cost to you! Other options are available at a cost if you would like more.
- Paid Orientation with Lodging- Our orientation spans over 3 days, 2 being half days, and we offer a $200 paid orientation on your first check. If you require a hotel, we will cover that cost. The hotel we provide has a hot breakfast, indoor pool, and workout center available to use. We will also provide lunch each day for orientation.
- Pet Friendly- We LOVE your fur babies. Cats and dogs only.
- Driver Lounge- Open 24/7 for our drivers. We offer showers, tv's, lounge chairs, an ice machine, a coffee station, a microwave, a refrigerator, and free-to-use washers and dryers!

Wage Range: 0.70 - 0.86 per mile
