Xpress Cargo, Inc. is looking for experienced truck drivers who want the stability of a W2 company position. If you have at least 2 years of driving experience and want strong miles, newer equipment, and real support, we want to hear from you.
What We Offer
Competitive Pay: $0.64 - $0.74 CPM (team average) $0.6 CPM safety bonus pay monthly
Miles: 5,500 - 6,500 miles per week
Equipment: 2023-2026 trucks equipped with APUs, inverters, and refrigerators
Lanes: Regional and OTR available (based on where you live)
Bonus Opportunities: Additional incentives for strong performance
Freight: Majority is drop and hook
Flexible Home Time: Options that support work-life balance
Maintenance Support: Fully staffed 8-bay shop for repairs and preventive maintenance

Wage Range: 1550.00 - 1750.00 per week

Driver Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 23 years old to apply as a Company Driver
  • No license suspensions within the past 2 years
  • No critical violations on record
  • No more than 2 major violations in the last 2 years
  • No more than 3 minor violations in the last 2 years
  • No violent or drug-related felonies within the past 5 years
  • Steady work history - no more than 6 jobs in the past 3 years
  • Safe driving record - no more than 2 out-of-service violations in the past 2 years
