OTR CDL Owner Operator - $3K SIGN ON BONUS

All Seasons Express (Kalamazoo, MI) is looking to partner with motivated and professional drivers that have their own tractor and want to lease on under our DOT Authority.

*A Little Bit About Us*:

* Pay can be weekly or bi-weekly
* Must be ok and able to haul hands-on freight.
* We run dry vans, reefers, liftgates
* Our company freight is flowers, plants and live goods that we ship each spring and fall and pays mileages + stops
* General commodity freight fills the summer and winter months so we can keep drivers busy year-round (75% of the Line Haul)
* Our target is to find a driver that wants to stay busy year-round with us, at minimum 9k miles in a month as the baseline miles ran
* Sign on Bonus paid out incrementally

*Driver Requirements:*

* Must have 2 years of verifiable Class A CDL experience at time of apply, no exceptions
* No careless, reckless or negligent driving
* Sorry, no SAP drivers will be hired
* Overall clean driving record that will be accepted by company insurance

*Tractor Requirements:*

* 2000 or newer tractors with 750k miles or less
* Must be able to work with Samsara E-log and outward facing camera
* Must pass ASE tractor inspection
