* Starting Pay .55 - .57 cpm loaded and empty miles. Our drivers are paid weekly.
* Drivers select their own loads. Home on weekends and 1-2 times during the week while consistently averaging 2000+ weekly miles.
* No Touch Freight
* 1 week vacation after 90 days

*Qualification Requirements*

*Minimum age – 23 with 2-5 current years’ experience*
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and or ability required.

*Communication Skills*

Maintain consistent communication with dispatch team regarding your movement and anything that can affect timing of pickups or deliveries. Must be able to adhere to all safety rules, operational and maintenance instructions. Able to fill out all required company, customer, and DOT required documents. Ensure ELD compliance with hours-of-service regulations, and electronic dispatch software.

*Physical Demands*

Occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 pounds. The lifting requirements for this job can be at times strenuous, requiring the ability to reach forward and up, push/pull, crouch, kneel, stoop, twist, and bend. These are generic and not assigned to anyone position or type of driving.

*Driving Demands *

Safety must be your priority. Operate vehicle in a safe and efficient manner as specified by both FMCSR and company policies. Perform pre and post trip inspections in accordance with FMCSA requirements. Report any unsafe conditions.

Be available to complete assigned tasks and effectively trip plan to ensure all functions of Dino’s Trucking are done timely with maximum efficiency. Checks equipment, load, and documentation before departing.
