CDL Class A Driver

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CDL Class A Driver to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating a tractor-trailer. This role requires a commitment to safety, efficiency, and professionalism while transporting freight to designated locations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining the integrity of the cargo.

*Pay:* starting at $26.00 hourly DOE

*Schedule: *Sunday through Thursday

*Start Time:* 8:00 pm - 7:00 am

*Route: *Round trip from Helena to Dubois, ID. Drop/hook in ID.

*Responsibilities:*

* Drive tractor-trailer round trip from Helena to Dubois, ID.
* Execute route driving efficiently to meet delivery schedules while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
* Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
* Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding route changes, delays, or issues encountered on the road.
* Ensure cargo is secured properly to prevent damage during transit
* Light touch freight

*Qualifications:*

* Must possess a valid Class A CDL Driver's License with a clean driver record
* Minimum 2 years tractor-trailer experience preferred
* Must have knowledge of DOT regulations governing safe driving, hours of service, inspection and maintenance
* Meet or exceed the medical standards of the U.S. Dept. of Transportation
* Pass a drug test – We drug test, background check, MVR report and E-Verify
* Clean Background
