*($1,000 at 30 days, $1,000 at 60 days, $1,000 at 90 days, $1,000 at 6 months and $1,000 at 1 year)
Paid by the Load: average of $200 per day
Annually drivers average $49,000 with our top drivers earning $73,000+

Health Benefits: medical, prescription, dental, and vision after 60 Days
Paid Holidays: 6 days
Bonuses: for safety and retention
Simplified Orientation: Starts online and concludes at your local terminal
Up to a $3,100 bonus per driver referral:
$50 every week of your referred driver's first year
$500 bonus when your referred driver hits 3-months
Work and Route
Pickups and Deliveries: Going to various chicken farms, picking up loads and bringing them into the Marshville plant.
Days and Hours: 5 day work week, Sunday-Thursday, and Mon-Friday schedules. Including some weekends as business warrants (Work a 6th day a minimum of once per month, as processing schedules dictate). Shifts vary: Night shift and day shift positions available. (Needs will be based on weekly driver needs sent by operations).
Equipment: 2018 Kenworths; some slip-seat
Hiring Areas: within 40 miles of the terminal in Marshville, NC
Home nightly
This position will cross train with our Feed Haul position and assist as necessary.
Requirements
Must be at least 21 years old
Valid Class-A CDL with 1 year of 53' tractor trailer experience.
Mentor programs are available for drivers with less than a year of experience.
