We are hiring aCDL Flatbed Driverto deliver elevator parts to construction sites throughout the Northeast. This position is based inPomona, NYand requires experience operatingflatbed trucks,Moffett, andManitouequipment.will have a strong background in delivering to construction sites and transporting heavy equipment, with a proven ability to safely secure loads and maneuver in tight spaces.
Location: Pomona, NY
Delivery Area:NJ, CT, Boston, Albany & Upstate NY
Hours: Days, (Start times will vary ) Monday - Friday, ( Weekends as Needed )
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport elevator components to active job sites in a timely manner.
- Operate flatbed truck with Moffett and Manitou equipment
- Load/unload materials at delivery locations
- Report arrival times, delays or changes in the schedule to management.
- Navigate delivers to NJ, CT, Boston, Albany & Upstate NY.
Wage Range: 30.00 - 33.00 per hour
General Description of Benefits: Pay and Benefits Between $30.00 - $33.00 per hour / $0.57 cents a mile if over 300 miles / $25 Additional Stops / $30for Layover. Paid Over time Health, dental, and vision insurance. 401(k) with company match.
