Pay
Part Time Pay: $265 Per Day: Layover, and stop-offs included.
Weekly Retention Bonus
Daily minimum pay when in training
Benefits and Bonuses
Tuition Reimbursement: if we are your first employer, call for list of approved schools
Bonuses: safety, performance and weekly retention
No paid holidays
Simplified Orientation: Starts online and concludes at your local terminal
Up to a $3,100 bonus per driver referral:
$50 every week of your referred driver's first year
$500 bonus when your referred driver hits 3-months
Work and Route
Average Miles Per Day: 200 - 400
Driver will need to be available a minimum of 24 hours to allow time for a full round trip (150-250 miles each way). More time available means more guaranteed pay!
Dedicated Runs: to the JBS Pork plants in Ottumwa, IA but could pick up loads at other locations
Running Area: Iowa and surrounding states, but can change at any time depending on JBS Pork needs
No-Touch Freight: drop and hook at JBS plant; live unload by lumpers at customer locations
Hiring Area: Ottumwa, IA Louisville, KY Marshalltown, IA Worthington, OH and Beardstown, IL - 50 mile radius
Work Schedule: 3 days per week minimum
Starting Days: Sunday - Tuesday
Requirements
Must be at least 21 years old
Valid Class-A CDL with 1 year of 53' tractor trailer experience.
Mentor programs are available for drivers with less than a year of experience.
