Deductibles:
- Worker's compensation - Less than 1%
- Variable weekly deductions for escrow maintenance account
- No administration fee
- Valid Class A CDL
- 2 yrs. Class A CDL driving experience
- 25 yrs of age or older
- Clean MVR - No more than 3 incidents in last 7 yrs
- 2016 truck or newer (exceptions reviewed case by case)
