Licensed Electro Mechanic - 1st Shift
*About the Role:*
We are seeking a skilled *Licensed Electro Mechanic *to join our team at Brookwood Finishing in Kenyon, RI. In this role, you will be responsible for performing all electrical jobs (including those with a high level of difficulty) throughout the Plant with minimal supervision, while following prescribed safety rules and compliance with OSHA regulations and NEC.

*Key Responsibilities*
* Perform mechanical repairs to machinery
* Control equipment, AC variable drives and D.C. drives
* Set up machinery and equipment as required
* Lay out jobs and perform work toward completion with assistance of other electricians and mechanics
* Care and upkeep all equipment, tools, and instruments
* Maintain necessary records
* Detect and report improper operation, faulty equipment, and inferior quality
* Possess thorough knowledge of daily activities and bring such projects to successful completion
*Requirements*
* Active RI Journeymen's License
* Previous experience as an industrial electrician in a manufacturing environment preferred
* Knowledge of single and three phase circuits
* HS graduate or equivalent
* Proficient in shop mathematics, reading blueprints and reading charts/tables
* Follow written and verbal instructions
* Ability to work in a team environment
