Competitive Pay: $0.64 - $0.74 CPM (team average) $0.6 CPM safety bonus pay monthly
Miles: 5,500 - 6,500 miles per week
Equipment: 2023-2026 trucks equipped with APUs, inverters, and refrigerators
Lanes: Regional and OTR available (based on where you live)
Bonus Opportunities: Additional incentives for strong performance
Freight: Majority is drop and hook
Flexible Home Time: Options that support work-life balance
Maintenance Support: Fully staffed 8-bay shop for repairs and preventive maintenance

Driver Qualifications:
Must be at least 23 years old to apply as a Company Driver
No license suspensions within the past 2 years
No critical violations on record
No more than 2 major violations in the last 2 years
No more than 3 minor violations in the last 2 years
No violent or drug-related felonies within the past 5 years
Steady work history - no more than 6 jobs in the past 3 years
Safe driving record - no more than 2 out-of-service violations in the past 2 years
