*Pinch Transport's Sand Hauling Division at our Midland, TX Terminal is seeking Owner-Operators* (_Power-only or Owner Operator can provide own Belly Dump Trailer; to be Leased under Pinch's Authority_) to haul frac sand to hydraulic fracturing wellsites in the Permian Basin (_West Texas oilfield areas_) using Belly Dump Trailers. *WE ALSO HAVE WORK IN SOUTH TEXAS IF INTERESTED IN WORKING IN THAT REGION*. *OWNER OPERATOR PERKS:*
? Flexible Schedule/Rotation (_preferred days off_)

*COMPENSATION:*
? 80/20 split (_80% of the customer rate paid to Owner Operator Truck_)
? Paid per load based on the tonnage weight & mileage of the load | $15,000-$20,000 net/take-home monthly to the Leased-on Owner Operator

? Paid Weekly and Direct Deposit

*DRIVER REQUIREMENTS:*
? Valid U.S. Class A CDL and Medical Card
? 2-Years of verifiable Tractor-Trailer experience with U.S. Employers
? Acceptable driving record (_MVR/PSP report_) and Background Check
? Sand hauling Experience Preferred
? PEC Safeland Training Card Required

*TRUCK REQUIREMENTS:*

? Truck must be in DOT-Compliant condition and pass DOT Inspection

? Truck must be rated for 80,000LBS GVW

? Truck must have a Sleeper berth

? Truck Year Model must be less than 20 years old
