Work Assignment Summary:
This position involves providing reliable shuttle transportation for employees, ensuring safe and timely travel between designated locations. The role requires working a split shift, typically covering both morning and afternoon peak hours to accommodate employee commuting schedules. Drivers are responsible for maintaining a clean and safe vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws, and delivering exceptional customer service to all passengers. Flexibility is essential, as the role involves working during different times of the day with breaks in between shifts.

Work Assignment Details:

Guaranteed Pay for Shifts: We value your time on and off the road. That’s why we guarantee 4 hours of pay for both morning and afternoon shifts—even if the shift ends early. This guarantee reflects our commitment to making sure your time is respected. (Excludes classroom or BTW training time).
Overtime: We believe in rewarding your hard work. You’ll earn overtime pay for any hours worked over 40 in a week. (Guaranteed hours do not count toward overtime).
Premium Pay for Training: Drivers who take on the responsibility of training others will receive a $1/hour premium while training. This premium doesn’t change your base pay, but it’s a great way to earn a little extra while sharing your knowledge.

Pay: $25 per/hour

Medical: Excellent rate of only 27 dollars per pay period for Employee Only coverage

QUALIFICATIONS:

Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class "A" or "B" with "P" endorsement, plus Airbrakes.
2+ years of commercial driving experience preferred.
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and ability to pass a criminal background check.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE OR TALENTS

In-depth knowledge of driving regulations, safety protocols, and vehicle maintenance.
Ability to manage multiple routes or assignments, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with passengers, internal staff, and dispatch.
Ability to navigate routes efficiently and handle schedule adjustments as needed.
Proven ability to operate a variety of vehicles safely and responsibly.
Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in challenging driving conditions.
Fluency in English: Reading, writing, and speaking fluently is essential to succeed in this role.
