• $0.01 CPM for EVERY YEAR with your last carrier
• $0.02 CPM No Pet / Less Than 10% Idle
• $0.03 CPM Performance & Safety Bonus
• $0.03 CPM Healthcare Decline Pay
• $0.12 CPM Bronx Pay on qualifying miles
• $45 Stop Pay
