OTR Chassis Fleet Mechanic

Currently seeking to hire Chassis Repair Technicians and Over the Road Technicians. Applicants should possess strong mechanical and electrical aptitude. *Job Overview:*

OTR Mechanics work on the facility until we have repair events outside of the facility. Then mechanics will travel to customer facilities, drop lots or on the side of the road and repair down equipment or perform proventitive maintenece.

*Job Responsibilities and accountability:*

· Troubleshoot and repair all chassis/trailer defects.

· Including ABS systems; air brake system, wheel end, and structural assemblies

· Some welding and fabrication of chassis and shipping containers.

· Use of mobile app to log work orders and document repairs.

*Job Requirements:*

· Mechanical background.

· Valid Driver’s License.

· Work Outside

· Capable of lifting 50lbs with or without assistance

· Must have basic computer skills and comfortable working on a computer.
