We are hiring a qualified Fleet Mechanic to provide preventive maintenance and repairs on vehicles. The Fleet Mechanic will assist management with fleet planning, provide hands-on vehicle training, collect, and maintain data on vehicle maintenance history. This position will cover our two branches in the Seattle area and drive company vehicles.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily/weekly inspections tune-ups and non-safety critical repairs on all fleet trucks and equipment
Perform internal and external maintenance tasks
Respond to emergency work in the field for vehicle repair or assistance
On-call and work weekends as needed
Provide vehicle/equipment technical support for technicians and management
Maintain and update vehicle and equipment maintenance histories
Conduct other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Post-secondary vocational education preferred
2+ years' experience in all phases of truck repair including electronic engine diagnosis, troubleshooting, electrical system, and diesel repair
ASE certification a plus
Valid Driver's license and clean driving record

Our hourly range is $24 - $26 per hour, depending on experience.
